Jack, are you sure it won't fit ? I agree the cap and cover changed, but I thought they were interchangeable. In fact, I'm pretty sure that when I put TS11021E into TS39781LO (where it resides today

FWIW -- the filler cap I got from either TRF or Moss some years ago was too tight to go on the neck of the cover. I had to tweak the inside of the cap a bit to get it on. Don't remember more details
