Did SU make cut-off switches too? Hopefully cutting off the fuel pump wouldn't result in the engine stopping instantly. I would think the float chamber would provide enough fuel to keep the engine r

These inertial and oil pressure-regulated fuel pump cut offs have an extra connection on them so that you do indeed get fuel pressure when you turn the key to "start". They are absolutely essential.

Hey Roland, You forgot where the Tiger gas tanks are. You would probably want your fuelpump to keep working if you got crunched by a monster truck. It would help empty the gas tanks quicker. :^) Rob
