- Hello piners, This might be daft but it's been puzzling me - and I am new to all this mechanical stuff! How should I choose the size to have the block rebored to? I'm planning the rebuild of my 1725

- True... I've always had my machinist evaluate the bores to determine the wear before actually buying the pistons too. The machine work is then performed based on the pistons I supply. Ian Spencer Cli

- There are some machined tabs at both ends on the block, I think on the pushrod side of the block ( sorry no engine in the office to look at). Each tab has 2 letters on it, corresponding to the 2 cyls
