the red line is not set in stone. WST runs his car at 7500. Two things have to be considered. His engine will not last 100k miles, and he may have used higher quality components to make it more suit

Knock on wood, but this engine was balaned 2 years ago wnen built, but has had a trackside clutch & disc replaced, so the balance is suspect. It has stock type AE flat top pistons. Stock rods. 12.71
