Many moons ago I tried this with a good friend. it was on a Spit. We pulled the head and unbolted (is that a word?) the tranny. Then we pulled what was absically a short block from the engine bay. I

When I worked in a service dept - many years ago - that was the recommended way to do it. I never understood that advice on a V - shaped motor, but it really makes sense when pulling a straight (4-6

Don't feel too bad, Bill. While using my "portable" lift last year, the overhead section swung down and "bonked" me on the top of my head. I don't know what was more humiliating, the six staples they

It's time to pull an engine. In the spirit of the 'we tight' club, I need an engine stand. Harbor Freight is 15 minutes away, so I would appreciate a recommendation for a stand from their stock. Any
