I am about to put the oil pan on my engine ( it is still on the engine stand) and I read that I must fill the new oil pump. Can someone tell me how to do it? It is a new pump and I have used all the

Pack it with white grease. This will put the pump in a "primed" condition and will not drain away as you finish up the engine. HTH Jim
