Hi List, Well tonight I decided to spend a half hour replacing the flexible coupling. It all looked so simple(sigh). About 2 hours later the coupling still isnt installed. Lets just say that it isnt

Aaron-I think the standard remedy is to use a hose clamp to compress the coupling to allow the bolt holes to line up. If you don't one large enough, two smaller clamps can be coupled together. Berry

It looks like there is more than one method to deal with the flexible coupler. The hose clamp method was stuck in my brain, I think the idea came from an old TRF catalog. In my case, I happen to have
