If it is a real 67 2000 with a "small amount of rust on the rear quarter" then 3500.00 would be a steal. As far as telling the difference between SUs and Solexes, it shouldn't be too hard. They look

Sorry Grant, but this car is NOT a 67.5 2000. It's a tall windshield car which makes it at least a 68. I say at least, because the square side marker is indicative of a 1970, but the car has no rear
