- When you say the starter wasn't engaging do you mean that when you turned the key to crank there was no whirring, no clunking or clicking or anything? If you got any of those then that problem almost

- Hi Monte - yes I did mean that. The fact you *didn't* get any of those sounds does indicate to me that the wiring problem under the cowl *was* causing the starting problem as well as the fried wiring
