No!!! Never! That stuff is OK to form a missing part of the body but never use it where it will collect water and hold it. It absorbs moisture and will rust out a panel in a couple months. Don't ask

The danger with this stuff is that it can actually trap water against the metal. I think Frank's roofing tar idea is the best one. Antique car restorers have used the fibered roof coating inside door
