I am almost finished with putting on the polyurethane bushs on the sway bar. I had to take out the radiator under carriage to get to the U-bolts. Made it pretty easy. I split the bush and slipped it

Alan--On the first part of your question, it is only necessary to snug up the u-bolts enough to 'squeeze out the air'. The torque specs for these are a low 4 lbf ft. Dick
