- Actually both provided your talking about original SU. The round electrical end partially fits in the hole in the boot and has a cover. the fuel fitting end is in the well near the rear offside wheel

- In a 1970 MGB GT does the pump normally sit inside or is it condemned to an outside life?. I am going to put mine inside (Modpro unit) so I can get at it easily - and it won't get wet !!! Regards Bar
