there are fi kits out there that use throttle bodies that look like su carbs that are on a dual manifold. I am currently doing a fi conversion on my TR250 that is custom made by a member in our club

In one of my restoration manuals they indicate that retrofitting fuel injection Spitfires is common in England. Apparently one of the later home market sedans used the 1500 engine with fuel injection

I completely agree. Its not worth it to me to convert to FI. If you really must have that sort of involvement or power it can be done with Webers. Or frankly in my opinion done on a better car. - Don
