I'm not sure that going from 5/16" to 3/8" tubing will gain that much fuel flow capacity. The tube coming out of my cross tube is 1/2". You should be able to find a common fitting that will mate a 3

The ID of that tube is .330" and the thread is 1/2" x 20, which is the thread size for the 5/16" nut on the original line. You maybe able to buy another 5/16 nut and gently open it up to fit 3/8" tu
