Ross; The "fill" is a part of the fender. It is steel, DO NOT TRY TO PRY THE FENDER OFF BY BREAKING THE "FILL". I have seen hundreds of gt fenders that were damaged by people trying to "dig out the "

The only shape difference is in the turn signal mounting area. Through 68 the mounting was raised noticably from the fender contour. 69 and later the turn signal mounting is nearly flush. Also 68 and
