Don't know about "Gano" but Jeggs has a "Billet Radiator Colant Filter in 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" from clear(?) anodized aluminum with a removable brass screen filter for positive filtration and easy clean

Steve, I put the Mr. Gasket filter on my tiger and the exact thing you described happened. The screen filter came loose (screen was about 50% clogged up) and the screen lodged in the radiator hose. T
