Harbor Freight has them. Also more expensive, ISTR they were around $30-$40 each rather than a pair. Seemed pretty sturdy though, I jumped up and down on one, it didn't flex at all but did roll easi

The Harbor Freight Dollies are the same as I got at Menard's only my wheel are urethane of some other composite, instead of cast iron. Formed steel construction with two steel rods welded for stiffne
