I put in an 8-gallon Fuel Safe cell. Even the cheapest ones are pretty expensive. Plus, unless you want it to sit in your trunk, you'll have to cut out the floor, fabricate steel brackets or straps,

We sent my Sprite's stock tank to Fuel Safe and they made a cell out of it, so it fit right back in where it came from. It was expensive though. Rick

I finally got around to dropping the gas tank and it looks pretty good. There is sediment in the shiney bottom. I imagine that the top is corroded and that's where the sediment has dropped from. My q
