I am about to change my '80 Spitfire over to twin carb's this weekend and I was wondering if I should use that orange gasket 'goop' (what is the name of that stuff?) on my manifold gasket? Thanks, Ma

Mark ... if you mean the gasket between the manifold and the head, I would definitely say no. If you mean the gasket between the carbs and the manifold, then I ... would also say no! -- Martin Secres
