Anyone have a source for exhaust flange gaskets that last more than 10K I've tried the copper-faced type and the perforated steel(?) type from the usual suppliers and neither is good for more than th

Tia ... You need to remove your front exhaust pipes and file the flanges FLAT that fit upto the manifold , the brass nuts have to be the longer nuts , then snug them up every few 1,000 miles ,,... No

A good trick is to apply liberal amounts of antiseize to the copper gasket prior to assembly. It will make a smokey mess on start up, but it will help preserve the gasket for a very long time. I hav
