I don't know the thickness but I took the window and channel to an installer. He had several thickness and we picked the one that gave a snug but easy fit. Ned Smith BJ8 near Chattanooga, TN N34.98 W

After having problems with the glazing rubber thickness, I gave up and went to an auto parts store and purchased a tube of glazing compound, worked like a charm and a lot less time and problems! Bill
