AR still makes the Silverstones and most of their other vintage styles, but not in 13". Silverstones are only available in 15". Some of the others still come in 14". I just put a set on my Ranchero.

I had mine painted Silver. I was going to get the spokes and centers painted dark grey or black but I didn't. I agree, bead blast, and then paint.
