Mitch, I just left the driveshaft as original... I did NOT lock it as Herman instructs. I don't think you can "adjust" it with the locking collar it will still have some in and out movement. -- Bill

Mitch--I'm reasonably certain that the purpose of locking the propshaft length when using the Toyota 5 speed tranny is to have only one splined shaft operate, this being the splined tailshaft of the

As you know, I have both conversions on my TR250. I do not have the locking collar from the HVDA conversion installed on my drive shaft. It has about 1/2" of float in it. With your diff, you'll prob
