It sounds like it might be fuel starvation. If the jetting is right on the Weber, then primary candidates would be blocked fuel tank breather hole (or the wrong fuel cap!), and fuel filter. Mike smoo

David, did you verify visually that your accelerator pump is working? It might. I would check for external leaks visually and for an internal leak by engaging first and keeping the clutch depressed.
