- Almost everyone has suggested that I remove all of the studs then try to remove the head. So I headed home and gave it a try. I used two nuts screwed together to unscrew the studs. This worked fine o

- If the engine is still in the car do the following Put All the plugs back in, and make sure that you have a good battery. Spin the engine and the compression should blow the head off the gasket. Law

- This is a good routine if the rocker arms are still in place, but in this case they are off the engine. No way to get air in the engine to compress and blow off the head. With old Ford V-8s that had
