When I did my MGA's SU's a couple of years ago they came with some brass flat washers which were to be used to help approximate the heighth of stock needle and seat. This would minimize the amount of

I used one of the three included washers and it seems to sit fine. I have the later all-plastic SU floats so this is the only way I can adjust them. Seems to work, I'll know when I get it in the car
