- Hi all, I am just now getting to the point of installing my Gunst throwout bearing kit and have misplaced the grease packet. Does anyone know if this is special "German" grease? Any recommendations o

- The grease is labeled LUK Hoch Leistungs Gleitfett I think this means "Long Lasting Lubricant" It is also labeled "High Performance Sliding Grease" This might help http://www.luk-as.de/en/produkte/pk

- John--Given that the Gunst bearing should be on a bronze carrier, I believe the "grease" to be more of an insurance. If the carrier is properly pinned, it won't be spinning (like the bearing). This w
