Anyone know if it is feasable to renew the rubber grommets without removing the carb? Developed a leak at the end of last season and I cannot get rid of it. Leaks about 1 drop every 30 seconds. Yes,

Indeed you can, and very simply too. Just need a can to catch the fuel exiting the float bowl. Found the 'sleeve' (for lack of a better term) of the grommet that encircles the banjo bolt had stretche

What Gordie says is correct. I have a supply of the little buggers and replace them every year. Do not over tighten or they will squirm out of position. 10 minute job. Good luck. Dave 59 :{) w/ H1's
