What's the consensus on the thread at the top and back of the block that the union for the rigid oil pipe screws into (or oil cooler fitting and hose)? Is it half inch BSP or five eighths UNF? Thanks

I am pretty sure it isn't a standard pipe thread. If no one else knows I'll break out the one I have and measure it. BTW, I think that fitting comes with the hose kits that Mo$$ sells.

Hi Daniel, I can screw a 5/8-18 NF bolt in there perfectly. From what I can find, 1/2 BSP has an OD of ,825" and 14 threads/inch, too large. John Fogelsville, PA

The consensus is that 5/8" UNF is correct as I expected. So, I have made an ink amendment to the parts catalogue that was trying to sell me something the wrong size. Could the part they send might be
