Take a long look at the soft assed rubbers that are between the springs and the axle. They are likely shot. I fixed mine by torqueing the u-bolts and compressing those same rubber pads. If that rubb

Springs will do it as well as the front shocks binding up. Had the same problem on a bugeye. Push up and down on each corner and make sure the shocks are free to go up and down. Also check for broken
