Hi Paul: My experiments with the magnetic stuff were inconclusive. First of all, the magnetic sheets I had were white vinyl coated, and this stuff started to crack and peel off after the first year.

I believe the Colorado Tiger Group (CATO) is still selling what your need. A black Teflon type plastic that protects your paint and lasts a long time. I think they are on this net and someone should

Victoria Day - thanks for the thought but not celebrated down under, had to look it up on the internet. Our nearest equivalent would be Queens Birthday which is 'celebrated' on the 2nd Monday in June
