You can get a sheet of heat shield material from Summit Racing or similar. I got some this summer, it wasn't very expensive. It's stick on, but it will sag, so you'll probably want to pop rivet the c

I have just completed an engine rebuild, and restored my heat shield by applying, on the side facing the carbs, a sheet material offered through SUMMIT Racing Products that is rated up to 1500 degree
