Here I go again... The heater assy seems in very good condition but slightly rusty on the steel parts. It seems the front door assy is a grey colour. Is the rest of it supposed to be black??? Bryce M

Both heaters that I have seen were entirely black. Some area's were done in a crinkle finish (the aluminum castings) and the rest regular gloss black. -- George Richardson '57 TR3, TS15559L (getting

You are right George In checking with my contacts in, the light plugged in and the dust wiped off (not just lightly blown as I had) the front is a wrinkle black, not sure if the rest is "gloss or sat
