- Smiths motors...early ones held together with long screws through the body. Later ( MGB, Morris Minor 1098, Mini, Mk4 Magnette, etc,etc,) held together with three big pop-rivets. Cheap and nasty, not

- I've been told that a TR7 heater motor will fit right in to a B, but you'll have to reverse the wires. It also supposedly puts out a considerably higher amount of air. Anyone tried this? Cheers, Bria

- It has been reported many times a TR7 heater motor is a direct bolt on a MGB. Not so! The heater core box opening must be enlarged to allow the squirrel cage to fit in the opening. It can be done but
