- This must be a good clue - this morning it started up no problem and idle= beautifully for exactly one and a half minutes and then it quit very suddenly. Surely this must eliminate a mechanical fault

- Check the spark when it won't start or run. Could be the coil getting an internal disconnection when it gets warm. PaulH.
