Can someone please advise me on the following.. I have a runaway idle with the HS6s I just installed on my '67 B (along with a ne LCB header). I think the problem may be attributable to a vacuum leak

Sounds like an air leak, to me. Or possibly the secondary poppet valves in the throttle plates are sticking open.

I'm not sure how the choke works on the HS6, but if its anything like the H series, I'd bet you have the idle adjustment that is associated with the choke incorrectly set. I had this same problem rec
