If, with the ignition on, you only see 12v at the relay side (Brown/White?) of the second fuse when you pull the fuse and fan connection, then that indicates a high-resistance problem back towards th

Thanks, for help. Finally tracked problem down. relay was going bad. It would carry voltage but not amparage. When fans tried to come on (plugged in) or instruments then would get voltage drop all th
