I am trying to replace the steering lock cylinder on my midget, but I can't see how to remove it. I've checked my manuals but it doesn't seem very clear. There seem to be two bolts holding the lock o

Grind or file a slot on the top of the bolts then use a screw driver. They are round to prevent theft but they usually come out real easy, they are not tight. Replace them with regular bolts so it's

If I remember correctly, these are an anti-theft deal. The bolts are made to shear as they are tightened leaving no head to put a wrench to. Use a Dremel tool to cut a notch in them and simply use a
