Does anyone know of a source for early (89 mm high number and letters) style British license plates? Most of the vendors I have contacted only sell the later style 79 mm high number and letters. Some

Hi Tom, I measured the number plate on my Series II and it is 115 mm X 524 mm with 89 mm high numbers and letters. I bought it from eBay, then had it refinished. I hope this helps. Cheers, Bob Berghu

I use a motor factor nearby which may have the old machinery. I'll check next time I'm over there (usually every W/E for something or other). Julian. Surrey UK
