Do you have the tranny in 4th gear? Use the engine to help stop the shaft from turning. To be honest, I didn't torque the nut. I used my impact (short bursts until the nut no longer moved). But I hav

Surely you would want the gearbox in first to use the 'weight' of the engine to undo the nut, in 4th the engine would be much easier to turn. PaulH. -- Original Message --
