Hassles and Problems! OK, so, I got the carpet and jute padding kit from Heritage a few weeks ago and it seems they sent a BN2 kit with the non-jute padding. Called them and told them about it; they

I just had a similar unhappy experience. I called and emailed and got no response. Have since bought jute pad material from MacGregor for $40. I'll have to make my own using the carpet as a pattern.
