Ed, I would take the Heritage certificate for accuracy, you only know back to 1980, now what about the 20 years back to 1960, tops and tires are only good for long, no matter what the miles, they dry

what Discrepancies do occur. I've heard of several instances where numbers were incorrectly recorded on the certificate, but I suspect it's clerical error on the part of the person reading the origin

Ed, I received the white tonneau listed on the Heritage certificate with my TR4 when I bought it Feb. '00. But the DPO had [poorly] installed a black tonneau, as the white one is indeed in rough shap
