Ken, I think you will find that to be the dreaded seatbelt interlock buzzer. If you're sitting in either seat without your seatbelt fastened and try turning the ignition on, it would buzz incessantly

Those connections sound like the numbers used for the horn relay. Does you horn work? My TR6 used purple wires for the horn so if those are the colors, I would guess it's the original horn relay. Don
