Every once in a while, driving at constant speed, the 6 will hiccup briefly like I momentarily turned off the ignition for a split second.May only happen once everty ten miles or so. Anybody have any

My TR3B did the same thing, sputtered for a few beats, then ran like a champ. When it happened a third time, I pulled over, found nothing obvious and headed back for the house. I didn't make it... I

I have had the same thing happen in my 1980 Spitfire. I found out it was the fuse coming loose. I always have a way of know if it is going to happen though. My radio goes off. Hope this is of some he

My TR4 did that and it was the small lead at the coil was broken internally, but there was no way to see it. Try jiggling it and see if you get the same symptoms. Mike Blonder Elmhurst, IL

your problem, however I had a mechanical problem that caused the same symptom. The driving dog on the bottom of the distributor was not fully seated into the slot in the dist. drive shaft. Sam Haynes
