Thanks to everyone for the advice regarding the replacement differential unit in my 65 Spitfire. I took it out on the freeway for the high speed test last night. There is no noticeable rear end noise

What kind of engine do you have in your 65 Spitfire. My old 79 wouldn't go past 85 mph. And the 79 Spitfire I'm going to buy next month won't go past 93 mph. I'm sorry I didn't read the previous post
