Andy Ramm is right in that SB 42 passed the House Transportation committee vote, but now it is in the hands of the Appropriations committee. We can't let our guard down yet. The appropriations commit

I understand that it has passed both houses. Has been sent to approprations committee. I guess to explore any possible financial impact. Looks good at this point.

SB42 is now being gone over by the assembly sub-committees. The transportation committee of the assembly just approved it 17-0. It's looking pretty good. Andy
