disconnect horn wire somewhere ( or just let it blow until you get the next stem right) then push in on big horn button and rotate one way or the other then the horn button will come off and a spring

When twisting the horn button, push it in as squarley as possible until it bottoms out, then turn it counter-clockwise. It should turn and making a noticable click (sort of). At that point, the horn

The steering wheel is off; thanks to everyone who replied! Now I'm waiting on the installation kit. It should be in tomorrow. The wheel came off easily - too easily. The nut wasn't tightened at all.

Actually, I tried to remove the horn wire from the pad but couldn't. I removed the wheel and it stayed attached the whole time. It looks like it's permanently attached. It wasn't a big deal since the
