Jim; We have run Tilton on race tracks for years with no problems. You have to set the free play correctly. Are you using a three disk clutch? You have to use the correct pressure plate fingers with

Hi John, I would rather run a direct linkage but space considerations prevent it. I have talked to quite a few circle track and LSR guys about the hyd. brgs. They are about 5 to 1 in favor of them. T

Jim; You should have shims that mount between the bearing and the trans. With the bearing seated I use about .030 clearance. If your hard on the clutch and wear the plates that clearance will shorten
