Does anyone know of a good source for the small plastic ignition wire markers you sometimes see on concours cars. Masking tape does the job but looks tacky and nice looking markers could stay on perm

wire job but Most wholesale electrical or electronic supply houses will have or can get these wire markers in different sizes and colors with numbers or letters on them. At least here in the States
