Argggggh! The tip of the (expletive deleted) ignition key broke off in the lock on my '77 Midget. There's about 1/4" of the key down at the bottom of the lock cylinder, and I can still work the ignit

My key is steel. I wonder if you can take a big magnet and fish it out with the other portion of the key attached to the magnet. Bet it is worth a try. George 76 midget 76 mgb

Yep, you are David. The '77 will have the column lock which requires removing the "non-removable" screws. The heads either need to be drilled and removed with an easy-out or have screw slots cut in t
